Self Study

This is a quick self-study that I made of myself. The purpose of this study was to utilize a photo of myself that recently piqued my interest at the time and let my creativity and imagination go wild on the canvas. I aimed to go for a semi-realistic, animated/lively type of style. The piece was made in Krita as I continued to explore the application and used various brushes to create the effects in the background. It was a very fun and informative practice that helped me understand more of where I want to go when it comes art and the many mediums I want to try (September 2024).
